3 STEPS TOO SIGN UP: 1. Please read through The Application/Medical Agreement/Policy Signature Agreement & then the Financial Agreement & Risk and photo release. 2. Fill out all information on the two required forms, check all boxes, fill out the signature box & pay the $65 registration fee. 3.Scroll back to the top of the page and select the create an account icon to set up your tuition account. Fill out basics, sign waivers, and message 503-999-6359 so that we can finalize your account correctly to suit your needs.
Please Note: Our program runs throughout the school year and we bill on the 1st of each month. If you wish to stop once you sign up you are required to offer a 30 day notice in advance of when you would like tuition to stop. We have already factored in our tuition pricing with our scheduled closures. Tuition will not be pro rated and make ups will not be offered for our scheduled closures. Scheduled Closures: WEEK OF SPRING BREAK, MEMORIAL DAY, WEEK OF THE 4TH OF JULY, LAST WEEK OF AUGUST & LABOR DAY, HALLOWEEN NIGHT, THANKSGIVING AND THE FRIDAY AND SAT AFTER, AND DEC 23-JAN 3RD (HOLIDAY BREAK)
