**DIRECTIONS FOR SIGNING UP PLEASE READ*** 1.All Camps have the same sign up form below. 2.On the form you can pick which camp to attend, and the number of days. 3.The form is set up for 1 form per family. 4.You only pay one deposit per family, per camp. 5. If you wish to sign up for more than 1 camp, you will need to fill out a separate form for each of the separate camps you wish to attend and you must use a different e mail (Email does not have to be verified it just must be different than any others previously used. It can simply be anything with g-mail.com as it is only used to separate forms). We will use your phone number for contact. 6. If your sign up is completed successfully, you will receive a n email and that will serve as your confirmation.
