Temperature check, simple health questions, and hand sanitation station required for anyone to enter the building. Every parent who has a child attending a party will fill out all waivers and agreements prior to birthday event. Please advise all parents to send child/children with a pre filled water bottle and backpack or bag to store personal items. We ask that all parents to bring a mask of their choosing for themselves and children over 5. No children will wear masks during immediate physical activity and will replace mask after their turn. Masks will be used only if physical distancing isn't possible or in common areas as needed. Parents will pre pay a $50 non refundable deposit (If SGC has to close for any reason it is agreed that virtual or zoom classes will be offered in lieu of refund. The remainder $100 due plus any fees for any additional children will be paid on the day of the party. The online paperwork and deposit must be paid and submitted before party is confirmed
